I just signed up and paid, why can’t I sign in and use the service?
All applications are reviewed manually to make sure you qualify to use our service as a DJ, producer or music professional. Signing up with your publicly viewable social media accounts will expedite the review process. The verification process can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours depending on the information provided. You will be notified via email as soon as your application is approved or if we need something more to verify your account.
How to cancel your account?
While logged into your account, visit the member page and you have the option to cancel your account or upgrade to a yearly subscription.
How can I reactivate my previously canceled account?
Log into your existing account and visit this page to reactivate your account. You will need to select a monthly or Annual subscription and provide payment via PayPal or Credit Card.
What date will I be charged?
For monthly billing cycles, recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month as your original sign up date. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, PayPal eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th, PayPal adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February. When monthly recurring payments are due and collected on the 31st.
What web browsers are supported?
Heavy Hits supports modern browsers but is optimized on Google Chrome. It also works with Safari and Mozilla Firefox. If you experience any problems, please describe your technical difficulty and send a screenshot to email@example.com.
I’m experiencing technical issues with your site. How can I get assistance?
Please reach out to our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our social media outlets Facebook and Instagram @heavyhitspool for customer service and technical issues. Please provide detailed information i.e.computer OS, browser type, or a short video of your issue to expedite answering your questions. Our primary language is English and customers will get a faster response when communicating in English.
How can I submit music to your site?
Please submit edits/remixes for consideration to email@example.com. We will try our best to review each submission in a timely manner. Please wait at least 14 business days before sending a follow-up email.
How can I request tracks to be uploaded to your site?
Please send track requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to upgrade to an annual subscription?
While on the members area (Add Link), you can upgrade to an annual subscription for $250 and save $50.
Do we have a mobile app?
Currently we do not have a mobile app but our mobile site is built to function like an app. On iOS and Android, access the site via your browser and bookmark the site on your home screen. You can preview tracks and save them to your mobile crate. Your crate sync via the web and is accessible on your desktop and mobile as long as you have an internet connection.
How to search for music? Can you search playlists?
Heavy Hits search field can search with 2 words or more. i.e. Drake One Dance or any artist and song combinations. You can also search playlists by keyword, genre, or title

Tracks on Heavy Hits are HQ 320 bitrate MP3s
Is there a download limit?
In order to limit the sharing of accounts, you are able to download a file two (2) times. Please note, if you login multiple computers within a set period of time, you may violate our sharing policy and your account will be blocked. Do the tracks work with Serato, Traktor, Rekordbox and other DVS software?
All tracks from Heavy Hits are 320 bitrate, stereo, high quality files. These MP3s are compatible with Serato, Traktor, Rekordbox, and other DVS software.
What payment methods does Heavy Hits accept?
Heavy Hits accepts payment via PayPal and all major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is secure and we do not hold your payment information in our database.
Does my crate on the web sync with my crate on the desktop website? How can I download the tracks?
Our crate feature is designed for convenience for DJs on the go. Listen and preview records on your phone, save them on your crate and download them on your computer. While logged into your account at your computer, mouse over the left bottom side of your browser and open up your crate, where you can download your saved tracks.
